In the beach of Achlas, in an area North of the Chora you will meet a small but impressive biotope. Many plane trees accompany almost to the sea, the small creek, which leads to the homonymous beach. In Dipotamata, there is a rare eco-protected biotope, featured as a rare natural beauty.
In Andros one can admire the waterfalls, such as Pithara, near the village of Apikia but also near the settlement of Paleopoli, the waterfall Horseshoe.
